FOUNDATION
Stride was created for people who want treatment that feels considered, not rushed. The clinic’s approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, movement testing, and practical follow-up that fits real working weeks.
Support for sprains, overuse pain, and race-day setbacks, with a plan that rebuilds confidence in running, lifting, and court work.
Measured support for regaining strength, mobility, and everyday movement after an operation, with clear milestones and home practice.
Gait checks and movement screening help uncover what is driving recurring pain so treatment can focus on the right issue from day one.
FOUNDER
Dr. Meera Nair started Stride in 2019 with a simple idea: physiotherapy should feel calm, specific, and human. The clinic grew around the needs of runners, desk workers, and people coming back from surgery who want proper answers and a plan they can follow.
“We wanted every appointment to feel like the beginning of a clear recovery path. That means careful assessment, a treatment plan that makes sense, and enough follow-up to help people stay consistent between visits.”
The team now includes six therapists, works closely with two orthopedic hospitals, and has treated more than 4,000 patients across sports rehab, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery.

IN PRACTICE
The first appointment is about clarity. Patients arrive with pain, frustration, or uncertainty; they leave with a plan, a timeline, and a better sense of what matters next.
A thorough evaluation helps the team separate what hurts from what is actually driving the issue.
Home exercises, follow-up timing, and recovery goals are built around commuting, work, and training loads.
Patients leave knowing what to expect, what to avoid, and when to come back for progress checks.
BOOKING
If you are dealing with a sport injury, recurring back or neck pain, or recovery after surgery, Stride will start with a considered initial assessment and a practical next step.
For patients who want a calm starting point and a plan they can actually follow.
