See how you move, then refine it

FOUNDER

Founded by Dr. Meera Nair, shaped by lived clinic rhythm

Dr. Meera Nair started Stride in 2019 with a simple idea: physiotherapy should feel calm, specific, and human. The clinic grew around the needs of runners, desk workers, and people coming back from surgery who want proper answers and a plan they can follow.

6 therapists, one shared standard

“We wanted every appointment to feel like the beginning of a clear recovery path. That means careful assessment, a treatment plan that makes sense, and enough follow-up to help people stay consistent between visits.”

The team now includes six therapists, works closely with two orthopedic hospitals, and has treated more than 4,000 patients across sports rehab, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery.

IN PRACTICE

What patients usually need most in the first visit

The first appointment is about clarity. Patients arrive with pain, frustration, or uncertainty; they leave with a plan, a timeline, and a better sense of what matters next.

Care that starts with assessment

A thorough evaluation helps the team separate what hurts from what is actually driving the issue.

Plans for real schedules

Home exercises, follow-up timing, and recovery goals are built around commuting, work, and training loads.

Plain-language guidance

Patients leave knowing what to expect, what to avoid, and when to come back for progress checks.
